SMS Notifications

How Avatron uses your phone number

By providing your phone number in the Avatron dashboard, you explicitly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Avatron (Standard Logic Co.). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

This page describes what you are agreeing to when you provide your phone number during Avatron passport setup.

1. What We Send

Avatron sends transactional SMS messages exclusively through the Supravision feature. You will only receive messages when your AI agent triggers an action that requires your approval. Message types:

  • Approval requests — your agent wants to perform an action above your approval threshold
  • Emergency stop confirmations — when an emergency stop is activated or cleared
  • Security alerts — account-level security events related to your agent activity

We do not send marketing messages.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your phone number in the Avatron dashboard during passport setup and completing verification with a 6-digit SMS code. No messages are sent until verification is complete.

3. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Avatron message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can also remove your phone number from the Avatron dashboard under notification preferences.

4. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency depends on your agent activity. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

5. SMS Provider

Messages are delivered via Twilio. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery. See Twilio's privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
